The Kwikset Smartcode Deadbolt is a residential electronic lock designed for superior security and convenience. The latch faceplate dimensions are 1" x 2-1/4", with a keypad type entry system. It is suitable for doors with a crossbore size of 1-1/2" or 2-1/8" bore, and fits door ranges from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4". The deadbolt strike is round cornered, and the finish code is US15 in satin nickel. Made of durable zinc material, the exterior dimensions are 2-3/4" x 5-3/16", while the interior dimensions are 2-3/4" x 5-1/2". The rose escutcheon design is contemporary, with an adjustable backset of either 2-3/8" or 2-3/4". The Kwikset SmartKey keyway offers added security features, along with a limited lifetime mechanical and finish warranty, as well as a one-year electronics warranty.
