The Weslock Impresa Mansion / Philbrook mechanical lockset is a part of the Elegance Series, tailor-made for residential applications. With a Latch Faceplate Dimension of 1" x 2-1/4", it fits a door range of 1-3/8" to 2". The crossbore size is 2-1/8", tailored to the industry standard. Rendered in durable Brass, the lockset has a satin nickel finish, marked with code 'N'. The round rose escutcheon design, paired with an Impresa Knob, adds to its aesthetics. It features a single cylinder trim function and fits an adjustable 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" backset. The reversible handing can accommodate both right and left-hand doors. It meets ANSI A 156.2 Grade II Lock standards and comes with removable knobs for a scratch-free installation. The lockset is also panic-proof, with a push-button locking system incorporated in the rosette. The product comes with a limited lifetime mechanical and finish warranty.
