The Schlage Residential Flair Lever with Brookshire Rose is a stylish and durable mechanical residential lockset designed for single cylinder trim function. The latch faceplate dimensions are 1" x 2-1/4", with a satin nickel finish and a zinc material construction. The lever knob design features the Flair Lever, while the rose escutcheon design is the Brookshire Rose. The door range accommodates thicknesses of 1-5/8" to 1-3/4", with a crossbore size of 2-1/8". The strike includes both a round corner full lip strike and a deadbolt strike, measuring at 2-1/4" x 1-5/8" x 1-1/8" lip and 1-1/8" x 2-3/4". This product is suitable for right-hand doors, with an adjustable backset option of either 2-3/8" or 2-3/4".
