The Schlage Residential Accent Lever with Addison Rose is a stylish and durable mechanical residential lockset designed for left-hand doors. The latch faceplate dimensions are 1" x 2-1/4", with a matte black finish code of 622. The lever knob design features an accent lever, while the rose escutcheon design is Addison Rose. This single cylinder trim function includes a round corner full lip strike and a deadbolt strike measuring 1-1/8" x 2-3/4". The door range accommodates thicknesses from 1-5/8" to 1-3/4", with a crossbore size of 2-1/8". Made of zinc material, the lever measures 4-1/8" in length with a projection of 2-1/4" and a rose dimension of 2-3/4" x 4". The backset is triple option adjustable for either a 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" backset.
