The Baldwin Estate series residential handleset features a latch faceplate dimension of 1-1/4" x 8" and is constructed from a combination of brass and steel materials. This mechanical lockset has an ASA strike, suitable for doors ranging from 1-3/8" and over in thickness. The finish code is 055 with a lifetime bright nickel finish. The door thickness requirement is also 1-3/8" and over, with a backset of 2-1/2". This right-hand handing entry function set includes an entrance mortise lock with emergency egress, knob x knob or lever x lever options, and a 1" throw deadbolt with saw-proof inserts.
