The Mechanical Residential Lockset, model 007107171FR20, from Weslock, offers the transitional design of the Philtower series. This sturdy lockset is made of zinc and finished in oil rubbed bronze, giving a robust and elegant appearance. The latch faceplate has dimensions of 1"x 2-1/4" and the crossbore size measures 2-1/8". The device is designed to accommodate doors ranging in thickness from 1-3/8” to 1-3/4". The lockset comes with a round corner full lip strike with dimensions of 2-1/4" x 1-5/8" x 1-1/8" Lip. Aesthetic design elements include a square rose escutcheon and a square spindle design. The lockset is reversible, enabling installation on either left or right-hand doors. Designed for privacy, the inside lever incorporates a push-button locking mechanism. The backset is adjustable to 2-3/8" or 2-3/4". This product, tested and proven to exceed ANSI Grade 3 Lock Standards, comes with a Limited 25 Year Mechanical Warranty and 5 Year Finish Warranty.
