The Weslock Philtower Mechanical Residential Lockset is a robust door securing system designed for residential applications. Fashioned in a classic Philtower design with an oil-rubbed bronze finish, the lever knob and square rose escutcheon exemplify architectural sophistication while assuring practical functionality. The lockset has an adjustable backset that fits either 2-3/8” or 2-3/4" doors and is designed for door thicknesses ranging from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4". The latch faceplate is precisely 1" x 2-1/4" with a 2-1/8" crossbore size. Complementing the design is the square spindle and a round corner full lip strike. The strike dimension is specified as 2-1/4" x 1-5/8" x 1-1/8" Lip. With its reversible handing, the system is versatile and adaptable. The product extends beyond ANSI Grade 3 lock standards thus reassuring durability, and comes with a limited 25-year mechanical warranty and a 5-year finish warranty.
