The Durham Premiere Mechanical Residential Lockset is a secure and stylish hardware option for residential entry doors. Manufactured by Weslock, it features a black finish on a brass materialfor longevity, with a limited lifetime mechanical and a 10-year finish warranty from the manufacturer. The lockset comes with a Durham knob lever design and a premiere arch-shaped rose escutcheon. The knob dimension is 2-1/2", placed on a 5" x 2-3/4" rose with a projection of 2-1/2". The design integrates a 5-pin cylinder Weslock keyway for high security and exceeds ANSI Grade 3 Lock Standards. Accompanying these, a round corner full lip strike and an adjustable 2-3/8” or 2-3/4" backset are also part of the lockset. The product also features turn-button locking within the knob/lever and functions well with door thickness ranging from 1-3/8" to 2". The lockset is reversible, suitable for all door handings.
