The Durham Premiere Mechanical Residential Lockset from Weslock features a 1" x 2-1/4" latch faceplate in an oil-rubbed bronze finish, backed by a Limited Lifetime Mechanical Warranty and a 10 Year Finish Warranty. The lockset uses a 5 pin Weslock keyway cylinder and comes with a full lip round corner strike. It boasts a sturdy brass construction with a 2-1/2" knob, 5" x 2-3/4" rose, and 2-1/2" projection. Intended for entry functions, this lockset accommodates a door range of 1-3/8" to 2" thickness. Designed with an arch rose escutcheon, the product is part of the Molten Bronze series and is reversible in handling. Its strike dimension measures 2-1/4" x 1-5/8" x 1-1/8". This lockset also supports an adjustable backset of 2-3/8" or 2-3/4". Meeting ANSI A 156.2 Grade II lock standards, the lockset allows for panic-proof privacy/keyed entry, and pushing button locking in rosette.
