The Wexford Premiere Mechanical Lockset from Weslock's Molten Bronze Series is designed for residential door security. This lockset is made from high grade brass material in an oil-rubbed bronze finish. The Wexford knob design with a square rose escutcheon adds a distinctive style to the door hardware. It has a latch faceplate dimension of 1" x 2-1/4" and a crossbore size of 2-1/8". Other dimensions include a 2-1/4" knob, a 5" x 2-3/4" rose, and a 2-1/2" projection. It is designed to fit doors with a thickness between 1-3/8" to 2". The handing is reversible, making it suitable for both right and left handed doors. The lockset also features a round corner full lip strike with a dimension of 2-1/4" x 1-5/8" x 1-1/8" lip. It comes with an adjustable backset of 2-3/8" or 2-3/4". The lockset meets the ANSI A 156.2 Grade II lock standards for reliable security. It includes convenient features such as removable knobs/levers to prevent scratching during installation, and panic-proof privacy/keyed entry for easy unlocking and opening of doors. It also incorporates push-button locking in the rosette.
