This mechanical residential lockset from the Molten Bronze Series by Weslock provides reliable security with the allure of the Durham Premiere design. Made of brass with a black finish, the lockset features a latch faceplate dimension of 1" x 2-1/4", a knob dimension of 2-1/2", and a rose dimension of 5" x 2-3/4". The strike has a round corner full lip dimension of 2-1/4" x 1-5/8" x 1-1/8" lip. The lockset also has a door thickness range from 1-3/8" to 2" and an adjustable backset of 2-3/8" or 2-3/4". The rose escutcheon showcases the Premiere Arch Rose design, and the handing is freely reversible. The lockset is designed to fit a door prepared with a 2-1/8" cross hole and a 1" edge hole. It adheres to or exceeds ANSI Grade 3 Lock Standards and offers a limited lifetime mechanical and limited 10-year finish warranty for peace of mind.
