The product is a Kwikset mechanical residential lockset from the Signature Series with an Uptown Round design. It features a Single Cylinder function and a 5 Pin Cylinder SmartKey Keyway. The latch faceplate dimensions are 1" x 2-1/4" and come with options for round and square faceplates along with a 1" Round Collar. The Crossbore Size can either be 2-1/8" or 1-1/2". The lockset has a Bright Chrome finish with a round rose escutcheon design, a material factor of zinc and a dimensional attribute of 2-1/2" diameter and 1/2" projection. It's configured to fit door thicknesses ranging from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4". They come with a round corner deadbolt strike of dimension 2-1/4" x 1-5/8" x 1-1/8" Lip, and an adjustable backset of either 2-3/8" or 2-3/4". The lockset has a Detent Spring for aligning turn pieces and adheres to 4.13.9 ADA requirements with exposed screws on the interior thumb piece providing ease of access to disabled persons.
