The Kwikset Kingston Lever is a mechanical commercial lockset designed for use in multi-family housing and other commercial spaces. The latch faceplate dimensions are 1" x 2-1/4", with a crossbore size of 2-1/8". The round corner full lip strike has dimensions of 2-1/4" x 1-5/8" x 1-1/8", suitable for door ranges from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4". Made of durable zinc material, the lever length is 4-2/9" with a projection of 2-3/20". The Kingston Rose escutcheon design adds an elegant touch to any door, while the satin nickel finish (Finish Code: US15) provides both style and durability. This privacy function lockset is ADA approved in all functions, ANSI/BHMA Grade 2 certified, and has a UL listing type of UL 3 Hour Fire Rating. With an adjustable backset of either 2-3/8" or 2-3/4", this Kwikset product comes with a limited lifetime mechanical and finish warranty for added peace of mind.
