The Schlage Commercial L Series Mortise Lockset is a high-quality mechanical commercial lockset designed for use in dormitory or bedroom applications. The latch faceplate has dimensions of 1-1/4" x 8" and is made of zinc base material with a satin stainless steel finish. The door range for this lockset is 1-3/4", with a door thickness of 1-3/4". The rose escutcheon design is B Rose, with a dimension of 2-9/16" and a lever length of 4-3/4". The strike plate is ANSI Strike certified, measuring 4-7/8" with a 1-1/4" lip. This lockset is UL Listed for use on 3-hour fire doors and comes with a manufacturer warranty of 3 years limited mechanical warranty and 1 year limited electromechanical warranty. The handing is reversible, making installation easy, and the lever knob design is 03 Lever.
