The Schlage Commercial L Series Mortise Lockset is a high-quality mechanical commercial lockset designed for entry/office use with a deadbolt function. The latch faceplate dimensions are 1-1/4" x 8", and the finish is satin brass. The lock features a 06 lever design with a rose escutcheon, and has a C keyway with 6 pins. It is UL Listed for use on 3-hour fire doors and comes with a limited 10-year mechanical and 3-year electro-mechanical warranty., , This Grade 1 ANSI/BHMI certified lockset has a reversible handing and operates by retracting the latchbolt from either side, locking it with a 20° turn, and throwing the bolt with a 90° turn. The bolt can be retracted using either the key or handle, and remains locked until turned upright. Additionally, an auxiliary deadlock secures the latchbolt while allowing free movement from inside at all times. The lock body mortises inside the edge of the door for added security.
