The Schlage Commercial L Series Mortise Lockset is a high-quality mechanical commercial lockset designed for classroom security. The latch faceplate has dimensions of 1-1/4" x 8" and is made of zinc base material with a satin chrome finish. The door range for this lockset is 1-3/4" with a door thickness of 1-3/4". The rose escutcheon design features a B Rose style, with a dimension of 2-9/16" and a lever length of 4-5/8". The projection is 2-1/2" and the strike dimension is 4-7/8" with a lip size of 1-1/4". This lockset is UL Listed for use on 3-hour fire doors and comes with a limited manufacturer warranty of 10 years for mechanical components and 3 years for electro-mechanical parts.
