The Simplex Knob Mechanical Commercial Lockset is a combination entry lock with key override. The latch faceplate is 1-1/8" x 2-1/4" and the crossbore size is 2-1/8" bore. This Simplex lockset has a satin chrome finish, indicated by finish code 26D, and a round knob lever design. The lock's dimensions are 7-3/8" x 3-1/8", with a 3-13/16" projection, and it fits door thicknesses of 1-3/8" to 2-1/4". The lockset, part of the 1000 series, features a 2-3/4" backset and comes with a standard strike plate and ASA strike plate. The lock features a fully mechanical setup, eliminating the need for battery replacements. It can be programmed via the keypad without removing the lock from the door. The lock's construction includes rugged, vandal-resistant, solid metal pushbuttons. Easily installable on both wood and metal doors, it is endorsed with a 3-hour UL/ULC fire rating on "A" labeled doors and a one-year limited warranty.
