The Schlage Commercial B500 Series Deadbolt is a high-quality mechanical lockset designed for commercial use. The latch faceplate dimensions are 1" x 2-1/4" with a 1" diameter, making it suitable for doors with a crossbore size of 1-1/2" or 2-1/8". The deadbolt strike is square cornered and the door range accommodates thicknesses from 1-3/8" to 1-7/8". Constructed from zinc base material, this deadbolt has a durable finish in bright brass (Finish Code: 605). It is UL Listed for use on 3-hour fire doors and comes with a limited 3-year mechanical warranty from the manufacturer. The backset is adjustable at either 2-3/8" or 2-3/4", providing flexibility in installation.
