The Schlage Commercial B500 Series Deadbolt is a high-quality mechanical commercial lockset designed for use in commercial settings. The latch faceplate dimensions are 1" x 2-1/4" with a 1" diameter, suitable for doors with a crossbore size of 1-1/2" or 2-1/8". The deadbolt strike is square cornered and the door range accommodates thicknesses from 1-3/8" to 1-7/8". Constructed from zinc base material, this deadbolt has a finish code of 605 (Bright Brass) and comes with an adjustable backset of either 2-3/8" or 2-3/4". It features an occupancy indicator function, allowing users to easily see if the deadbolt is thrown or retracted. With ANSI certification A156.36 and UL listing for use on 3-hour fire doors, this commercial grade lockset also comes with a limited 3-year mechanical warranty from the manufacturer, Schlage Commercial.
